FAQ - Questions and answers

Don't see the product / size I would like to purchase; how can I do?

The site only shows the products and sizes available. If you don't find what you are looking for, it means it is out of stock.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? With which Courier?

Average order receipt times are 2-3 days for clothing, 7-8 days for wedding favors and gift items, but may vary depending on the delivery area. Your package will be shipped by express courier.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs € 8.50, but FREE for orders over € 100.

Where is my package?
When the package is shipped we will send the LINK for tracking the shipment. Furthermore, you will be updated via email during all stages of your order.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit card, prepaid, (NEXI), AmazonPay, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery (cash to the courier and only for Italy. Only cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 3.50. N.B. by choosing bank transfer, the shipment will be postponed by a few days due to the technical time required for registering the payment (the order will be processed only upon receipt of the transfer).

Can i make a return?

Yes, it is possible to return the product within 14 days of delivery, as long as in the same conditions of receipt (the working days will start to be calculated on the basis of the proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate tag applied to each garment or package. Call us or send us an email indicating the reason for the return. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. As soon as the return is managed (we will check the conditions - SEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS), you will receive a confirmation email and relative product refund (N.B. Shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and any return costs will not be refunded if sent by the customer). If you paid by credit card, AmazonPay or PayPal, the money will be credited back to you through the same payment method. If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, send us an email providing a PayPal address or an iban and the name of the account holder.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, it is possible to exchange the product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in the same conditions of receipt. Contact us by email ( and we will see the availability of the item and the management costs will be charged to the customer. You can pay any price difference in advance. As soon as the change is handled, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I make another exchange or return it?

Yes, it is possible to return or make an additional exchange. In this case the management costs will be charged to the customer, the shipping costs of the new product sent, equal to € 10, to be paid in advance.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, it is possible. Take note of the product name and we'll take care of the rest. With this method, payment is only possible by bank transfer, cash on delivery or we will send you the NEXI LINK (credit card, prepaid card, etc.) to make the payment.

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, you can subscribe from the contacts or promotions on our site or when confirming the order. You will periodically receive news and promotions.
